disrespectful!
I made two orders from them, each with the return request, being not satisfied with the fragrances. Beyond this, I made the requests a week ago and I continue to send emails for further information, no one who responds or gives news on what needs to be done. Disorganized and disrespectful to customers. I have also tried to call several times while always waiting for more than half an hour without ever receiving an answer. Shameful

They don't deliver on time or ever?
I have ordered online on the 7th November and they have not dispatched my order yet now 18th november. I have called and emailed them several times and every time they say today or tomorrow or we don't know when, they gave me a tracking number that does not exist with UPS... And still nothing has been dispatched after they said "tomorrow" and Tomorrow was over two days ago!
